2. Data we collect
When you contact us through WhatsApp or email, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and message. Clicking the WhatsApp button opens an external service; the message is sent only when you send it yourself in WhatsApp.
3. Why we use the data
We use inquiry data to respond to your request, understand your goals and arrange a conversation about the program or business opportunity. If you separately provide marketing consent, we may also use your email to send useful content and updates.
4. Legal basis and retention
Inquiry processing is based on your request and your consent to be contacted. We send marketing messages only on the basis of separate, voluntary consent, which you may withdraw at any time. We retain data only for as long as necessary for the stated purpose or as required by applicable regulations. If you give separate marketing consent, your contact details are also stored in our email communication system until you withdraw your consent.
5. Recipients and security
Authorized company representatives and technical service providers necessary for the operation of the website and communication have access to the data. We use WhatsApp and email for direct conversations and Brevo to manage contacts who have given marketing consent and to send emails. Do not send card details or other sensitive information that is not needed to answer your inquiry.
